Hello! I’m Lauren, a veterinary assistant with 12 years of experience in emergency medicine, general practice, and feline specialty medicine. For the last four years, I’ve gone all-in on cats, and I have zero regrets. This is where I’m meant to be!

I’m originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and relocated in 2012 to be closer to family. My love for animals has always been the driving force behind my work, but cats are my true passion. I get to advocate for them every day, and then I go home to my own trio of experts: Big Beef, Smush, and Betty Muffler. They keep me humble… but not sane. I also have a Russian tortoise named Koopa!

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m probably making a fool of myself at the D&D table, reading a horror novel, or belting out karaoke with the kind of confidence only years of handling stressed-out cats can give you.

I’m a firm believer that the best veterinary care comes from people who are genuinely obsessed with what they do, and I am absolutely that person. I will cuddle all of your cats <3
