Antonio and Vita

Vita and Antonio are our official greeters, cat-bassadors, and agents of clinic cat chaos. They can be found hanging out at community events, meowing into the phone while you chat with us, and stealing Churu and catnip from our clinic supplies.

In Memory of Vinnie and Vito

Vito was the love of Dr. Maher’s life and the unofficial kitty mascot of the UC Davis Veterinary School. He loved to travel and ride in cars, but had very strong feelings about veterinary clinics and helped Dr. Maher learn the importance and value of Fear Free practice.

Vinnie was Vito’s shadow and best friend. He was a pesky Singapura cat who loved to sit - on laps, butts, necks, feet, and especially on Vito. They were inseparable, and after a few years without, Vinnie recently left to join Vito.

They were truly special cats and were loved by so many. We miss them every day and continue caring for our patients the way we do in their honor.
